You can drop it off at our location, mail it to us (call first), or we will pick it up and deliver it back to you once the repair is completed. If you have a convenient space at your home or office, we will fix it right there. The space must have an electrical outlet and just a couple feet of counter space. Most repairs are done in less than 60 minutes.

against defect or malfunction. Should the repair fail, we will fix it for free. The warranty does not cover cracked screen glass or damage cause by abuse, liquid or extreme temperature. If you have an issue with a repair, please call us as soon as possible. Don't attempt to fix it yourself, it will void the warranty!
